Corporations can be created: First, the certain grant of the privilege to participants, and, secondly, the general grant which comes into force in favour of specific people when they will organise for the purpose of the help its conditions. When the certain grant is made, it name charter-party. In case of private corporations charter-party should be accepted participants as corporate powers cannot be caused on them against their desire; but charter-party is accepted enough by their action under it. When special charter-parties do not give, people can voluntary communicate, and satisfying a condition of the certain state rights can take to itself corporate powers. Of States private corporations are not transferred to some to be created differently than according to the general laws, and in others the state corporations are created in the same way.
